Body width 17.8 mm, nominal flow 650 l/min, operating pressure ‑0.9 to 10 bar, pilot pressure 1.5–8 bar. Ports G1/8, pilot ports M5. Piston‑slide, air‑spring reset, soft seal, throttleable exhaust. Temperature range –5 to +50 °C; CRC2 corrosion resistance. Shock‑tested (EN 60068‑2‑27) and vibration‑tested. Weight approx. 0.075 kg. Discontinued; available until 2023.
