Is a precision slide table from SMC's MXQ series, designed for high-accuracy linear motion applications. It features integrated hardened stainless steel guides and rails, isolating the load-bearing from the movement of dual rods and piston seals. The recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with slight negative clearance, resulting in greater accuracy. Its thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness, allowing for a larger guide pitch, providing high rigidity. The reduced weight also increases allowable kinetic energy. Stoppers and shock absorbers are positioned at the center axis to minimize load deflection. Dowel pin holes on the center axis standardize mounting conditions for basic and symmetric styles. An end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss.
